Yes, most are. Since Ohio adult-use retail sales began in August 2024, the majority of cannabis products sold at Ohio dispensaries are available to both adult-use customers (21+) and Ohio medical marijuana patients. Some products and purchase volumes remain reserved for medical patients under Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) rules. Your budtender can clarify what's available to you at checkout.
