Maryland cannabis is available to two types of customers, and we serve both at our Germantown dispensary.
Adult-use 21+
Recreational customers
Anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can shop our recreational menu. No registration needed. Just bring your ID.
Medical Registered patients
Maryland medical cannabis patients
Patients registered with the Maryland Cannabis Administration can shop our medical menu, which includes patient-only pricing and tax treatment. If you have a qualifying condition and aren't yet registered, we can point you in the right direction.

Maryland cannabis at Bloom
Established market, modern store
Maryland has one of the more established cannabis markets on the East Coast. The state's medical program has been operating since 2014 under the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA), and adult-use sales launched on July 1, 2023, after Marylanders approved a constitutional amendment in November 2022. Today, anyone 21 or older can legally purchase cannabis from a licensed Maryland dispensary, and registered patients continue to access the medical program for qualifying conditions.
At our Germantown store, you'll find products from Maryland-licensed cultivators and manufacturers across every major category — flower in indica, sativa, and hybrid options, pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, gummies and other edibles, vape cartridges and disposables, concentrates ranging from live resin to rosin, tinctures, and topicals.
