Established market, modern store
Maryland has one of the more established cannabis markets on the East Coast. The state's medical program has been operating since 2014 under the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA), and adult-use sales launched on July 1, 2023, after Marylanders approved a constitutional amendment in November 2022. Today, anyone 21 or older can legally purchase cannabis from a licensed Maryland dispensary, and registered patients continue to access the medical program for qualifying conditions.
At our Germantown store, you'll find products from Maryland-licensed cultivators and manufacturers across every major category — flower in indica, sativa, and hybrid options, pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, gummies and other edibles, vape cartridges and disposables, concentrates ranging from live resin to rosin, tinctures, and topicals. Lab testing results are available for every product on our menu, and our budtenders can walk you through what's on the shelf, what the THC and terpene profiles look like, and what fits what you're looking for.
