Adult-use and medical cannabis in Ohio
Every Bloom Ohio location is dual-licensed, which means one menu, one team, and one shopping experience whether you're an adult-use customer or a registered medical patient.
Adult-Use 21+
Adult-use shoppers
If you're 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, you can shop adult-use at any Bloom Ohio dispensary. Under Ohio law, adult-use customers can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of flower or 15 grams of extract per day. Sales tax and the state's 10% adult-use excise tax apply at checkout.
MMJ Card
Medical patients
Ohio medical patients receive higher daily and 90-day purchase limits, a state tax exemption on medical purchases, and access to dedicated patient pricing at Bloom. If you don't yet have a card, our guide walks through eligibility, qualifying conditions, and how to apply through the Ohio DCC.
What you'll find at every Bloom Ohio dispensary
You'll see the same 900+ product menu at every Ohio Bloom, refreshed daily as new drops arrive. That includes flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. Our Ohio menu features cultivators that grow within state lines — including Wondergrove, Klutch, Buckeye Relief, and Firelands Scientific — so the products you take home are tested, tracked, and produced by operators we know.

New to cannabis or new to Bloom?
You don't need to know what you want before you walk in. Our budtenders are trained to ask the right questions and match you to a product, not upsell you. If you'd rather plan ahead, a few starting points:

Ohio Dispensary FAQs
Is Bloom Cannabis the same as Bloom Medicinals?
Yes — Bloom Cannabis is the rebranded name of Bloom Medicinals. Same team, same locations, same founders, same products. We updated the name to reflect that we now serve both medical patients and adult-use customers in Ohio and Maryland. You may also see older references to "Bloom Medical." It's all the same company
Is Bloom an adult-use or medical dispensary?+
Both. Every Bloom Ohio location is dual-licensed by the Ohio DCC to serve adult-use customers (21+) and registered medical marijuana patients. You'll shop the same product menu either way; medical patients receive higher purchase limits and tax savings.
What do I need to bring to a Bloom dispensary in Ohio?+
Adult-use shoppers need a valid government-issued photo ID showing they're 21 or older — a U.S. driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID all work. Medical patients should bring their active Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry card and a matching photo ID.
Can I order online from a Bloom Ohio dispensary?
Yes. You can order from the Bloom app or website, see live menus from your nearest Ohio location, and pick up in the express lane in about five minutes. We don't take payment online — you'll pay at the shop when you pick up.
What are Ohio's adult-use possession limits?+
Adults 21 and over can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of flower or 15 grams of cannabis extract per day. You can possess that same amount and grow up to six plants per adult at home (12 per household), under the rules set by the Ohio DCC. For more, see our Ohio possession limits guide.
Does Bloom deliver cannabis in Ohio?+
Not at this time. Bloom Ohio operates in-store sales and express pickup only. If you'd like to skip the wait, place your order through the app or website ahead of your visit and pick up at the express lane.
Rooted in Ohio.
Bloom isn't a brand parachuted in from out of state. We've served Ohio since 2019, every dispensary on this page is staffed by Ohioans, and our shops support local food banks and community programs in the towns where we operate. When you shop at a Bloom Ohio dispensary, you're shopping with neighbors. Find your closest location and stop in — we're glad you're here.
