Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Who can shop at Bloom North Columbus? We are a Dual-Use dispensary. This means we serve:

  • Adult-Use: Anyone 21+ with a valid government-issued ID.

  • Medical: Registered patients (18+) or caregivers with a valid Ohio Medical Marijuana card and ID.

How much cannabis can I purchase? Under current Ohio law, adult-use consumers may purchase up to 2.5 ounces of flower or 15 grams of extract/concentrate per day. Medical patients are subject to different 45-day and 90-day supply limits as prescribed by their physician.

What are the taxes for cannabis in Ohio?

  • Adult-Use: Subject to a 10% state excise tax in addition to standard state and local sales taxes.

  • Medical: Medical patients are exempt from the 10% excise tax, paying only standard sales tax.

Can I consume cannabis on-site? No. Ohio law prohibits the consumption of cannabis in public spaces or at the dispensary. Consumption is permitted only on private property.

Is there parking available? Yes! We know High Street can be tricky. Our North Columbus location features ample, dedicated parking right at the store to ensure a quick and easy visit.
